Availability of the products

On the PAROTAS Website, nationally manufactured products are offered (product made in Mexico and internationally manufactured (imported products, mainly European products), and depending on their location it is possible that some products are not available for sale by delivering your area The general provisions on products affect both types of product, however, due to its particular characteristics, each product may have individual conditions of availability.

Available in Mexico: Nationally manufactured products and imported products on the PAROTAS Website are available for delivery throughout the Republic.

Available in the United States and Canada: From the United States and Canada, you will only be able to purchase products manufactured in Mexico on the PAROTAS Website. Custom furniture services are available throughout North America.

Available in other countries: If you are interested in purchasing our products from another country outside of North America, please contact one of our sales consultants.


Product deliveries are only scheduled once full payment (100%) of the products to be shipped is registered. The general estimated delivery time for personalized products is 8 to 12 business weeks from the moment of acceptance of payment by PAROTAS, although each product will include a description of its delivery time. During the months of July and August, as well as the second half of December and the first week of January, and other national holidays generally during the month of April, working weeks are not considered for the production and delivery of the product, since some suppliers they stop their production in those seasons.

The shipping terms described on the Website for each product represent an estimate and it is possible that such term changes for logistical reasons and / or force majeure. In the hypothesis that due to any fortuitous event or force majeure the delivery date of the products purchased on the Website may be delayed, PAROTAS will be exempt from any liability at all times.

PAROTAS will inform the client User of the estimated delivery times and their updates, if any. The User will be able to track the shipment and the delivery time. In case the client does not require the furniture on the agreed date, it can be stored in safekeeping and $ 500 will be charged, per cubic meter per week or partial days of the week.

Shipping in Mexico City

Our prices may include delivery within Mexico City and the metropolitan area, but only if so mentioned. In volume order the shipping price may be included.

Our delivery staff DOES NOT install, we have a different team in charge of the installation of our products in Mexico City. After the installation, the client or the assigned person in charge must carefully review the products and notify any damage immediately, in order to promptly initiate the claim with the supplier if necessary. It does not include FOREIGN deliveries, so the cost of freight, travel, insurance and installation will be quoted separately in the event that it is necessary to deliver and install outside the metropolitan area.

National Shipments throughout the Republic

PAROTAS will send the products purchased by the User to the address specified by the User for this purpose, as long as said address is the same as indicated at the time of purchase.

The products will be sent and delivered to the User by PAROTAS or by third parties (hereinafter “Transport Companies”). By virtue of the foregoing, the User agrees to submit to the delivery policies of the Transport Companies themselves for the shipment and delivery of the products, which are incorporated by reference to these Terms and Conditions of Use.

International Shipping in the United States and Canada

Shipments to the United States and Canada are made through the UPS company and its different modes of parcel or cargo. Products shipped to the United States and Canada may suffer additional charges due to certain fees and taxes that are required by customs for each country or state.


The customer must have a responsible person authorized to receive and sign the delivery. The furniture is delivered at the door of the home or building corresponding to the User’s delivery address. The client User is responsible for verifying accesses, stairs, elevators, entrances and reviewing administrative permits for the coordination of the delivery of their furniture. Our cost includes: freight, loading and unloading maneuvers. Does not include FLYING, product installations, electrical installations, or masonry or similar. In case of being required, they are paid by the client.

The Transport Companies, through risk assessment made at the time of delivery, may not execute the delivery, unless the client indicates otherwise, leaving the damage to the product or the structure (stairs and elevators, for example) under their own responsibility.

At the time of delivery, the person who receives the merchandise may be asked for an official identification (voter ID, passport, FM2 immigration form or driver’s license), so it is required to have this document on hand when delivering the goods. the purchase. PAROTAS may charge additional freight for new delivery or shipment provided that the merchandise is not delivered due to the User’s responsibility (example: absent customer, customer postpones delivery, wrong address).

The User is responsible for verifying the integrity and quality of the products received at the time of delivery. If the User is not satisfied with the products, they are requested not to receive the delivery from the Transporting Company and to immediately contact the PAROTAS Customer Service team.
